Annie was born in Ebrel Lohuec, north of Cornwall, just outside of Treg in a farming family. Breton is spoken naturally. At City Theatre, Marcel Guilloux is at his side, but also Italian bassist Riccardo Del Fra she met with the guitarist Jacques Pellen.

A strong and lasting relationship is tied with Riccardo Del Fra and crystallizes in a duo (the hard Voulouz Loar 1998) soon became a sextet (show Flouradenn 2001). It is feared to see Annie disappear in the shadow of his companion, on the contrary, it shines on - the practice of internationally renowned jazz musician and flourishes at his side, taking advantage of his knowledge through his advice but pursuing his own path, solo, with the group Ilu, in trio work with Polyphonic and Murielle Quelen Enora of Parscau.

Having joined his voice to other contemporary musical languages, the bag filled with all these experiences, Annie Ebrel created in 2004 a solo show, "A Voice Breton." A creation that gives pride to the naked voice, traditional and modern. Singing solo and a capella, texts and melodies controlled by different authors (singers, musicians, women and men of letters ...) in Britain and elsewhere, it offers us a show that is set in a day, from morning to night or one year and four-season or a life from birth to death. Short texts in Breton or French Brittany singing contemporary sound effects and harmonization. It creates a custom directory and clearing new land of song with a rare and very generous. It shall secure for this show the talents of authors and composers Riccardo Del Fra, when Jouin, Marcel Le Guilloux, Jean-Yves Le Roux, Kristen Nogues, Tangi Thierry, Jacques-Louis Suignard, the designer Pascal Jaouen for costumes and filmmaker Lucas Belvaux for staging.
